Notes

We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session and be charged a $25.00 fee.  

Memberships may be placed on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year. Requests must be submitted in advance through our booking system or in writing. Holds are only available in full-week increments and cannot be backdated.
