About Zana — Founder of Wildform Pilates

I’m Zana — Pilates teacher, Clinically trained Pilates Instructor,  strength builder, people connector and founder of Wildform Pilates. I believe your body isn’t something to fix — it’s something to reclaim, strengthen, and move with confidence.

My approach is simple: I work with the body in front of me. Everyone’s different — and that’s the beauty of it. Whether you're building strength, working through injury, or just reconnecting with your body, I’ll meet you where you are — and help you go further than you think.

Wildform isn’t your average Pilates studio. It’s a space to feel strong, supported, a little wild — and totally yourself. I combine functional strength, mobility, and Pilates principles with years of teaching experience to help you build real, lasting results — physically and mentally.

I’m passionate about creating community — a place where movement is about more than just exercise. It’s about connection, confidence, and celebrating every messy, powerful, grounded part of yourself.
